BUDGETS AND COST COMPARISONS BELOW.

The budget to be voted at referendum on Wednesday June 20, 2007 is a re-submission of the previous budget defeated the other week by all three towns.

The voting hours have been extended by the board in response to public comments about the limited polling hours. The hope is that more voters of all three towns will participate now that there is greater opportunity.

The board points out that this budget represents a "0.72 percent increase over last year's budget yet incorporates a 3% contractual increase to certified staff and an over 13% increase in group insurance rates."

Budget to be presented at the Tri-Town meeting the evening prior.
Extended referendum voting hours: 6AM - 8 PM. Hampton Town Hall.
